Danish and Morning Goods

Born in Vienna in 1683, the Croissant became truly popular during "LA BELLE ÉPOQUE" when the French Master-Bakers recreated it in light puff pastry.
This led the way to "Viennoiserie", a middleground between Bakery and Pastry.

THE VIENNESE PRODUCTS

Uniting the skills of our Master-Bakers with those of our Pastry-Chefs, Bagatelle morning goods are created every night, using only butter and the finest flours as well as selected ingredients.

Most Bagatelle products have a REDUCED content of yeast.
Instead, we are emphasising quality and taste by using our own natural leaven .

You will find the best selection of regular or mini croissants and morning goods.

All our Morning goods are traditionally made and hand finished.
All our Morning Goods are FREE of genetically modified organisms (GMO).
