Bagatelle breads are created daily by French Master-Bakers following the oldest traditions and using only selected natural flours supplied by a mill established in . . . . 1721 !

Every night we knead, hand shape and bake over 47 different types of breads as in bygone times . .

For Bagatelle, bread making remains a noble art, which gives our loaves and rolls, tastes and shapes to suit all palates.

All our breads are traditionally made and hand finished.

All our breads are FREE of genetically modified organisms ( GMO).
